Making a purchase

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit and Electron and Paypal. You will be asked to provide your card details for payment when you place an order.

Out of stocks and busy periods

If any delays are encountered, or your requested item is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. Once an order is placed we will confirm an estimated delivery date. If we cannot do this you will be offered a full refund if the payment transaction has already been completed. All efforts will be made to deliver your item as soon as possible, but sometimes during peak times there could be a delay and we could experience a problem with stock availability due to high demand.

Delivery

Once your order is dispatched it will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dealt with on the next working day.

When possible all orders received by 10am will be dispatched on the same working day. This does not include orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday.

Courier collections are from Monday to Friday to the address you have stated on your customer order. In order that our products arrive correctly and in good condition all our courier deliveries for products that are over £20 in value will be completed on a “Proof of Delivery” service. The courier will deliver to your address and will require a signature to accept the goods. If you are not available our couriers will leave a card with contact details in order to rearrange a delivery. Unfortunately if 2 unsuccessful attempts are made to deliver the products the items will be returned to the warehouse and an additional charge to you may be due in order to have the items dispatched.

Restricted products for delivery

Within our large stock range some of the products that we sell could be dangerous or unsafe for children. For this reason it is a condition of purchasing from us that you are aged 18 or over at the time of the transaction. Our responsibilities to our customers The products that we sell are for personal use in your home and garden. We are not liable for any loss of business, loss of data or loss of income. Total liability in any circumstance will not exceed the total price charged to you. We will not however attempt to limit our liability to you through our negligence or if an item sold is found to be unsafe.

Returns

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase and we offer our own 28 day money- back guarantee. If you would like to return or exchange a product where we are at fault you are assured a full refund or product replacement free of charge. If any items arrive damaged or are faulty, please contact us to solve this issue. If you would like to return or exchange a product where we are not at fault, if you change your mind for instance, you will be required to pay the return postage costs. For an exchange within 28 days of receipt please contact us. Please return all packaging, labels and any accessories together with the product.

Refunds

If you are entitled, we will refund you onto the card used to buy your item. If you cancel an order and do not return a product to us within 28 days you will incur an additional cost in order for us to recover the item. To arrange a return, exchange or refund please visit your accounts page.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. We endeavour to accurately describe all our products but sometimes an item may vary from it’s description .If you would like any further information relating to any products please do not hesitate to contact our helpful team.

If an item has been priced incorrectly by mistake, we will not be liable to supply it at that stated price, as long as we contact you before it is dispatched. In this instance we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item.
